What this policy covers

TerraRidge Technologies LLC (TerraRidge, we, or us) operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors to terraridgetech.com, its www address, and the Cloudflare preview address serving this same website, as well as inquiries sent through the website or its contact email.

FieldDraft accounts, client portals, project files, payments, and paid consulting engagements involve additional information and separate service arrangements. The FieldDraft Privacy Policy describes how the FieldDraft web app and mobile app handle account details, photos and project records, and Delete your FieldDraft account explains how to ask us to delete an account. This website policy does not replace any data agreement provided for paid services. Contact us before sharing project records if you need more detail.

FieldDraft uses AI to read drawings, specifications, and field records, and AI can miss or misread details. See AI-Generated Output in our terms.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details: your name, email address, selected service, and message. Company and phone number are optional. We also receive information you choose to include in follow up correspondence.
• Technical and security information: our hosting and security providers process information such as your IP address, browser and device signals, requested pages, request times, and security check results.
• How you found us: if you send an inquiry, it includes the first page you opened on this site in that browser tab, the website that linked you there (if your browser shares it), and any campaign tags in that link, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or ref.
• Delivery information: our email services process the sender and recipient addresses, message content, delivery status, and related technical records needed to deliver and manage inquiries.

Please send only information needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or confidential project records in the public inquiry form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss services, prepare quotes, coordinate requested work, and maintain correspondence about your request. We use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot failures, limit repeated submissions, and detect spam or abuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or create a FieldDraft account. The inquiry form does not send your message to a generative AI model. FieldDraft’s AI reporting features are separate from this form.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is processed by providers needed to operate this website and handle your inquiry:

• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website and protects the inquiry form with Turnstile. Cloudflare processes connection and browser signals to detect bots and also uses those signals to improve Turnstile. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Resend: processes submitted inquiry details and email delivery information to send the inquiry to our business inbox. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace (Gmail): receives and stores our inquiry correspondence and supports replies. See the Google Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect against fraud or abuse, or with your authorization. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Provider notices explain their own practices and responsibilities.

Cookies and browser signals

This website does not include advertising pixels or tools for tracking you across websites for marketing. Its security services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technical signals where needed to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes security signals across sites that use its services for security and bot detection, as described in its notices linked above. This website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and site performance. It records details such as the page address, browser type, and page load timing, and it does not set cookies or use browser storage for this purpose. To tell us how you found the site, the site keeps your first landing page, referring website and campaign tags in your browser’s session storage for that tab only. It is cleared when you close the tab, is not a cookie, and is sent to us only if you submit an inquiry.

The website does not change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not sell or share information for cross context behavioral advertising regardless of that signal or a Global Privacy Control setting. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking security features may prevent form submission. You can contact us directly by email instead.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is kept in our business email and provider systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on requested services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and whether an inquiry becomes a customer relationship. Provider delivery records and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention settings and obligations.

We use HTTPS and server based security checks for the inquiry form. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please contact us about an appropriate way to share sensitive documents before sending them.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without submitting an inquiry, leave optional fields empty, or contact us directly. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up, email Robert.Holmes@terraridgetech.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please identify the email address you used and the request you want us to address. Do not send identification documents unless we ask for a suitable verification method.

We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or business record obligations. We will explain any limits that apply. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or to appeal a decision. You can contact us to exercise applicable rights or raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.

Processing locations and children

TerraRidge is a United States business. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can address it.

Policy updates

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes to how information is handled, we will also provide a prominent website notice or contact affected people when appropriate or required by law. This policy takes effect on the date shown above.
