This website introduces FieldDraft, custom template writing, and report consulting. These terms concern the public website. FieldDraft subscriptions, client portal access, and paid services require separate arrangements and any applicable service terms. Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not purchase a service or enroll you in a subscription.

Inquiries, quotes, and pricing

Provide accurate contact information and submit inquiries only for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. An inquiry or automatic confirmation acknowledges your message; it does not confirm project acceptance, a delivery date, or a binding quote.

Published prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Before paid work or account activation, we will confirm the applicable package or scope, price, taxes if applicable, billing schedule, included usage, and deliverables. Revisions, additional work, storage, client access, AI usage, renewal, cancellation, refund, and delivery terms are determined by the applicable agreement or accepted quote. A website update does not change an existing agreed contract.

We may update service descriptions and advertised prices for future orders. If you notice an error, contact us so we can clarify it before you commit.

Your information and materials

Only send information and materials you have permission to share. You retain your rights in your own content. Sending an inquiry allows us to use it to evaluate and respond to the request; it does not transfer ownership of your materials to TerraRidge.

Ownership and permitted reuse of commissioned templates, reports, and other deliverables should be set out in the applicable service agreement.

AI assisted drafts, templates, hazard analyses, and report support require review against the actual work, source documents, site conditions, and applicable requirements. AI output can contain mistakes or omit important information. Your responsible project team must verify facts, hazards, controls, measurements, references, and final conclusions before relying on a deliverable.

Website content and documentation support do not replace required professional licenses, engineering judgments, inspections, safety responsibilities, legal advice, or regulatory approvals. No website statement guarantees acceptance by a client or regulator.

AI-Generated Output

FieldDraft uses artificial intelligence to read drawings, specifications, and field records. Drawings and specifications change, and AI can miss or misread details. Output from FieldDraft, including quantities, dimensions, specifications, plan references, findings, work packets, and reports (“AI Output”), may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying all AI Output against the current approved documents before relying on it. FieldDraft assists your review; it does not replace professional judgment, and it is not engineering, architectural, surveying, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You may browse the website, request information, and share links for lawful business purposes. Do not submit spam or malicious content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, evade security controls, or use the website to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may restrict abusive traffic or form submissions to protect the website and its visitors.

Website content and links

TerraRidge and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original content, branding, design, and software. You may view and share links to the website, but may not present our branding as your own or reproduce protected content for commercial distribution without permission or another lawful basis.
